Good service, decent tap beer selection (more than your standard watery American crappy, soulless lagers). The soup and sandwich special has never disappointed. Great place for lunch. Sandwiches come with handmade kettle type chips or you can upgrade to fries. Amble parking in the municipal lot in the back. Close to Phoenix Park.

The best breakfast ever!! My husband and I have been here a number of times for breakfast and they do deliver. I love their hash browns and their omlettes, all made fresh and so tasty and filling, Great portions too!

Great burger! This ain't no frozen pattie - we're talkin hand formed, and cooked to a perfect medium rare (screw you politically correct well done idiots). Also, why would I ever upgrade to specialty fries when the homemade chips are so great. Can't wait to return.

Totally depends on who's working. When it's good, it's good beer burgers sandwiches and such. When it's bad, you'll vow never to return. Good Reuben. Not so kid friendly as they should be.

Great wraps! Also very accommodating with food allergies. I've had two different servers and both were very considerate to my food allergies! (Dairy and soy)

I would give a 4 just due to the amazing food but the food orders take forever and hat is pretty no matter what time we are here

Waited 20 minutes to get coffee, waiter said they were out of cups! Waited total of 1 hour, to be told it would be another 30 minutes before our food would arrive! We left, promising ourselves never to return.

Poorly staffed, dismal food. I had the steak blue cheese wrap. It was fatty gristly beef Iwith old lettuce turning brown. Couldn't even chew what meat there was... Added waffle fries they weren't too bad. PS. Use Heinz ketchup , Delmonte sucks!

Most everything is done right here. There is some room for improvement. The service is fast and friendly. The beer selection is good and I really like their bloody Mary's. The taco salad I had was flavorful in a nicely crispy shell.One member of our party had a chef salad which was uninspired with some slices of deli turkey on top. The cubes of ham were good but the turkey made it look like something you might get at a fast food place or convenience store. A little more attention to plate appearance would help.

Myself and a number of friends discovered this place while up at a convention in Eau Claire about a good five or so years ago. Since then, every meal of the three days we're up there each year we get at the Galloway Grille. We'd tried a number of other establishments in the area, but none held a candle to this lovely place. Starting off with presentation. It's a very attractive location. The front end is a very nice, open bar with plenty of seating. The back with cozy private booths, and a nice large party room. All the seating is well maintained and clean. On to the food. I've tried a number of each items from all the menu selections. The food has always been wonderful, always arrives plenty hot, and thanks to the well stocked bar with a wide selection of micro brews, there's always a lovely beer to go along with dinner. As for service, the worst I can ever say myself and friends have had there is "good," and even then, it was only a single instance. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and attentive. Never had an issue with keeping drinks filled, nor any wrong orders. Pricing. Amazingly reasonable. The most expensive item on the menu is a 12oz steak for $20. Beyond that, they float around the $6-$10 range. Over the happy hour, I got a 23oz ale, an excellent sandwich, and a side of fried pickles for $14. The menu has items for every budget. I cannot recommend this place enough, and I intend to continue to eat here exclusively for as long as I continue to visit Eau Claire.

This place is really hit or miss. I had a taco salad this evening and it was actually really good. But, the place always seems to have a funky smell (maybe its the river or old beer on the floor) and it never fails that I always see a fly or little bug flying around when I'm there. Not sure why I keep coming back, but it does have some kind of cozy charm about it.

From Madison visiting daughter and son on law. They like gallaway but I did not have expectations one way or the other. Can't say enough about this place. Really great breakfast and Joe is an amazing server!! Great sausage and great food overall with great service and a very fair price.

Haven't done lunch or dinner ... but love the breakfast. HUGE portions at dirt cheap prices. Great sausage links, real deal bacon, pancakes are gigantic and fluffy. If you're a breakfast junkie like me looking for a classic breakfast option this is your place.

I changed my mind about this place after a few visits. At first I thought it was great. The prices were excellent and the food was very good for the price. However, after my first visit the service seemed to get worse and worse. The waitstaff seems sloppy and disorganized, but its not clear why. The food seemed to get a little worse over time as well. I'd still recommend it to people looking for a cheap bite at a good price, but I can't increase my rating unless the service changes.
